Lemon and lime juice and orange blossom aromas and flavours, made in the classic Australian style with just a touch of residual sweetness to balance the crisp natural Clare Valley acidity
This wine is made from Riesling grapes harvested at their peak flavour maturity from vineyards through the central Clare Valley.
Some of the vines are over 30 years old. The juice was immediately chilled, separated from skins then clarified and fermented for 14 days. Careful blending and the use of Free-Run juice only ensures continuation of the true Mr Mick style- crisp, pure and fruit driven.
