*$8 Per Order, Metro Delivery (up to 50 km from C.B.D.) Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth

*$18 Per Order, Regional / Outer Areas, country towns, Tasmania (No deliveries to N.T.)

Delivery to REGIONAL AREAS will be carded and left in a safe spot if no one is home to receive

*Free Delivery for orders over $300….will self adjust at check out

COURIER DELIVERED so no deliveries to Aust. Post or P.O boxes, mail boxes, Kangaroo Island or any Australian islands, snow fields/resorts.

We do not deliver to the N.T.

DELIVERY METHOD : Australia Only
We use Courier delivery so sorry we can not deliver to Aust. Post or P.O. boxes.
* No deliveries to Australian Islands, Kangaroo Island or snow fields / snow resorts
​* We can not deliver goods to a location where our nominated contractor or agent does not provide delivery services. ​

A wine delivery will not be left if the driver believes the people in attendance may be minors. In this instance a calling card will be left.
​You can arrange to deliver to a nominated work premises, a friend , neighbour or relative etc.. Delivery must be signed by a person over 18 years of age. The driver may choose to leave a calling card if he believes minors are present and are unable to provide proof of age. The driver can also reserve the right to leave a card if the area is deemed to be unsafe or likely to be visible from the street or affected by weather conditions that may damage the goods.

Damaged delivery:
Should you receive a bottle that would appear to have been damaged in delivery, you can –
* Refuse to accept delivery and ask for products to be returned to sender AND
* We will provide you with a replacement if available, or an agreeable alternative. If we have sold out of the product, OR the product or vintage is no longer available, We will provide you with a refund to the value of the damaged product/products
Delivery Lost in transit:
If your delivery is lost in transit we will replace the delivery. If the wine or vintage is sold out or no longer available we will replace it with an agreeable alternative or refund the purchase.

*Dispatch in 24 hours for most orders. (From Adelaide)

* If no one is in attendance at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to arrange delivery at a suitable time, UNLESS  authority to leave unattended has been given.

From Adelaide, Non peak times,  (Australia Only).  (Add 3-5 days in peak times, ie.  Christmas)  

1 – 2  business days Adelaide CBD & suburban
3- 4  business days Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra CBD & suburban,
4- 8  bus. days delivery Bris, Perth, Gold and Sunshine Coasts
5- 12  bus days Country Areas: Delivery will depend on remoteness of country area and frequency of courier
7- 12  bus. days delivery W.A., & QLD country towns, Hobart, Launceston

Delivery of freight into the areas specified is restricted and can not be delivered to the following postcodes under any circumstances.
