Prosecco is today one of the world’s most famous sparkling wine and ours is made from grapes grown in the moderate climate surrounding the hills of Treviso in the Veneto region.
It is light, soft and refreshing with crisp citrus flavors and is best served chilled (6-8° C or 43-46° F) as an aperitif before the meal or with light lunches, especially good with shortbread or soft herbal cheeses.
A premium Prosecco with aromatic notes that are fruity and floral and lead into a palate that has
a creamy richness. Full flavoured with hints of citrus and peach and balanced by a refreshingly
crisp backbone and very fine bubbles.
