Pale colour, aromas that jump out of the glass with so many florals, complexed by spice, lemon skin, apple, musk and flint. The palate has a wonderful texture with lovely, sweet fruit, the floral notes replicate on the palate. This wine with its flavour and textures is so easy to enjoy.
Pale colour, initial notes of floral complexed by grapefruit, ripe apple, and hints of minerality adding a cooling element. The palate has a wonderful texture showing the varieties fulness in the mouth, the sweet fruit and concentration is balance but the phenolic edge from the various levels of solids ferment. This wine with its flavour and textures will work with not only delicate food but will handle rich flavour.
