Ulithorne Altus shiraz
The Altus Shiraz displays a medium ruby red colour, with notes of plum, cherry, and hints of mint on the nose. This wine is medium-bodied and balanced by flavours of juicy plum, pepper spice, and hints of liquorice for that lasting impression.
Attractively fruited and perfumed with Black Doris plum, raspberry, dried herb, cumin and hazelnut characters, it’s supple and fleshy in the mouthfeel with ripe fruit intensity backed by fine grainy tannins. Elegant and lingering. At its best: now to 2030.
