Soft bodied but rich, buttery, complex, with clean soft acid structure.
Zesty lemon and lime and vanilla on the palate.
Flinty, with wonderful length.

Hunter Valley
The vines in the HVD vineyard were planted in 1908 and form the ‘Sign Post Block. The wine is floral fruit in youth, which moves towards biscuity characters with age. The palate is generally softer bodied with smoother acids than the Vat 1 and Belford Semillons.
