orange blossom, biscotti and green apple that complement the slaty, driving minerality balanced perfectly with an elegant creamy finish.
The Adelaide Hills is known for its iconic cool climate wines and Sidewood Estate has once again proven to be one of the best producers in the region after taking out BEST WINE IN SHOW for the 2015 Chloe Cuvée.
This is not only the first Sparkling wine but the first South Australian wine to take out the top honour. The International Cool Climate Wine Show is internationally recognised as Australia and the Southern Hemisphere’s foremost show for exceptional cool climate wines.
