Pike and Joyce Beurre Bosc pinot gris
Green / straw.
Aroma: Gentle nashi pear, stonefruit and pink grapefruit provide much of the aromatics – maybe a little rose-like perfume as well. Subtle but very attractive – quite typical of our site.
Palate: The palate is medium bodied and soft displaying the pear and grapefruit characters as well as some stony texture that adds a little structure and length to the wine
Balanced acidity ensures the wine finishes soft and long. ALL CLASS!
Adelaide Hills
The Adelaide Hills region has proven to be well suited to growing Pinot Gris successfully over the years and this 17th release of the “Buerre Bosc” again underlines that suitability to our site at Lenswood. Really good paired with Chicken Tikka. Drink now and the next 2-3 years.
