Maude East Meets West pinot noir
A celebration of two blocks of mature Pinot Noir from the Mt Maude Vineyard. As the name suggests, the blocks face opposite directions. Made in a different style – 100% whole cluster, clone 10-5, often only one pigaege during the ferment – definitely a unique winemaking twist on Pinot production. A bewitching perfume, paler in colour yet full, luscious and complex.
