A dry style of rose.
This dry Rosé shows alluring aromas of strawberries, raspberries and wild flowers. The palate is long and crisp with red berry and fairy floss flavours. An excellent drink on its own, this rose is also suited to Asian style cuisine.
Aromas of strawberries and raspberries and wild flowers, flavours of spice, musk and red fruits.
Plenty of red fruit flavours with spice and musk playing a supporting role.
Good use of phenolics gives this wine excellent length. An excellent drink on its own but will accompany a variety of food styles.
McLaren Vale
Today we run this small label with my 90-year-old grandfather Frank, our cellar hand and vintage regular. He does not skip a beat and outright refuses to miss a vintage.
Our absolute focus is on producing small batch, hand made, and affordable wines of character that are our own unique expression of the McLaren Vale region.
Everything must be hand made by us, with a shovel, basket press and with wild yeast reigning supreme, something that is very, very important to us.
